Frequently asked questions

How do I get the current box?

You must join by the 20th of the month to get the the next month's box. For example, you must join by May 20th to get the box that will mail out on June 1st. However, we do sometimes have extra boxes which we will put on our product page.

How will I be billed?

You will be charged for your first box right away. You will be billed on the 15th of each month for subsequent box deliveries.

When will I get my first box?

Boxes ship around the 1st of each month.

Can I pause or cancel my subcription?

You can cancel or pause your subscription at anytime. Log into your account or send us an email at help@botanicalnaturebasics.com. If your payment has already been processed, the cancellation will affect the following box.
