Shipping policy

For all subscriptions (not including special preorder Holiday Gift Boxes), payments are processed on the 15th and orders are shipped around the 1st of the following month. When we offer one time purchases, these purchases will be charged the same time as the purchase and shipped within 8-10 days. Preorder products will be shipped on the date(s) specified in the product description.

For subscription boxes, the shipping cost is a flat fee of $6.99/box. Any other purchases may will be shipped at the calculated cost of shipping for the size of box shipped or may have a flat fee shipping.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll open an inquiry with the carrier to help track it down. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll happily reship your order at no cost—if stock is available.

  • Please note: We cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or for orders shipped to a third-party courier or freight forwarder.

📦 Damaged Packages

  • While rare, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • Each situation is handled individually. We carefully pack every order, but if damage occurred due to a packaging error on our end, we’ll gladly replace your item(s) at no cost. If an item is out of stock, we’ll send a similar replacement.

  • We’ll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work with you to make it right.
