Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale once checkout is complete. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at help@botanicalnaturebasics.com. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging—without photos, we cannot process a replacement.

We’ll make every effort to replace the item with the same product. If it’s out of stock, a similar item may be substituted.
